Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot severity 1 & 2 Issues in the devices.
- Provide support to Network hardware/software/configuration as assigned by Monitoring Team – Timely closure of incidents.
- Quality of resolution notes.
- Keep customer satisfaction high.
- Reduce user downtime.
- Analyze chronic problems.
- Provide Industry best practices and Standards.
- Maintain the hardware Inventory Update to date.
Problem Diagnosis & Resolution
- Provide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution.
- Rout physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff.
- Cook H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues.
- Upgrades based on new technology/New deployments.
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s).
- Network Capacity Planning.
- Packet Capture Analysis.
Device Knowledge
- Cisco Routers/Switches/Cisco ASA/PaloAlto/Citrix Load balancers/Zscaler/SDWAN
Project Competencies and Behavioral Competencies
- Resolve technical issues & ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain client SLA.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CCNA and CCNP is highly desirable.
