Analyst - Legal Operations
About the role
Elevate is recruiting an Analyst - Legal Operations, who will work with customers directly to improve Fortune 500 law departments through analysis, strategy, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Delivering operational support, process management and process improvement solutions to multiple large corporate law department(s).
- Designing, implementing and using metrics and your analytical skills to identify, recommend and implement tactical/strategic improvement opportunities.
- Participating and providing support in legal operations initiatives as needed.
- Serving as a resource for broader customer strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Supported strategic, technology, or operational improvements to an organization.
- Developed and used metrics and analytics as part of your solutions.
- Interest in consulting and business analysis.
- Capable of using a variety of methods to analyze data.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively on customer initiatives.
- Hardworking, detail oriented and customer focused with the desire and initiative to learn.
- Flexible and interested in learning the wide variety of solutions that Elevate delivers.
- Enjoy a culture of change that seeks out efficiencies, cost savings and ROI.
Experience
- 2+ years experience as a business analyst/business consultant or similar finance/operations analytical roles.
- Working and communicating with legal departments and/or law firms a plus.
- Supporting strategic, technology, or operational improvements to an organization a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Experience with leading legal operations systems (e.g. eBilling, contract management, eSignature) and/or business intelligence and reporting tools a plus.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation helpful.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay
US national salary range: $60,000-70,000, based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location.
