Analyst Intern
Responsibilities
- Support financial modeling (DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions).
- Aid in preparing institutional-grade pitchbooks, teasers, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs).
- Conduct industry and company research across multiple international sectors.
- Analyze financial statements and earnings reports for mid-market firms.
- Support the administration of virtual data rooms and due diligence for live multimillion-pound transactions.
- Contribute to investment memos and internal briefs used by senior dealmakers.
- Aid in investor outreach research and strategic buyer mapping.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in investment banking, M&A, or private equity.
- Previous experience or proficiency in building Decks, Teasers, and Financial Models is a plus.
- An analytical, detail-oriented mindset with an "Extreme Ownership" mentality.
- Ambition, drive, and eagerness to learn in a high-performance environment.
- Comfortable communicating professionally in a remote, global setting.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about the field and have a strong academic background in relevant disciplines. Experience in finance, economics, business, or related fields is preferred but not required. The ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and environments is key.
