Analyst III ADvantage
About the Role
ADUSA Procurement is a partner company to Ahold Delhaize USA, providing supply chain services that support the delivery of products from a supplier to the warehouse. As part of the Triage Vendor Collaboration Center, you will be responsible for providing first-level vendor support, managing small to medium initiatives and vendor accounts, and specializing in legacy company systems, processes, and procedures.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations (Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; Hyattsville, MD; or Mauldin, SC) and 2 remote days.
Responsibilities
- Manage small to medium initiatives in terms of scope, complexity, and value (process and financial).
- Oversee small to medium vendor accounts, focusing on COGS, visibility, and vendor tier participation.
- Operate the triage vendor collaboration center, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide first-level vendor support, including sharing documents and parsing files.
- Support senior-level collaboration analysts and escalate issues as needed.
- Deliver business insights and assist with change management.
- Contribute to cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams from 3rd party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands to analyze and improve sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables.
- Support the implementation of the company’s new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs and support company values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including experience developing data-driven models.
- Customer-focused with strategic planning acumen.
- Proven project management skills: conceptualizing, planning, estimating, and executing.

Pay
Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560. Actual compensation offered may vary based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
Schedule
Hybrid work schedule: 3 in-person days and 2 remote days per week.
