About the role
ADUSA Procurement is a partner company to Ahold Delhaize USA, providing supply chain services that support the delivery of products from a supplier to the warehouse. This role triages the vendor collaboration center, providing first-level vendor support, and manages small/medium initiatives and vendor accounts in terms of scope, complexity, and value. The position specializes in legacy company systems, processes, and procedures, with responsibility for knowledge in a sub-set of categories.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage small/medium initiatives in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial)
- Manage small/medium vendor accounts in terms of COGS, visibility, and vendor tier participation - fewer in size and scope than the Analyst V
- Manage the triage vendor collaboration center - resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Provide first-level vendor support, sharing documents, parsing files
- Support senior-level collaboration analysts and escalate issues appropriately
- Support delivering business insights and change management
- Support cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives
- Collaborate with teams from 3rd party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to target improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables
- Support implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills demonstrated; experience developing data-driven analytical models

- Bachelors in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experience
- 2 years relevant experience
Pay
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
