Analyst II - Expenditure Management
Overview
Expenditure Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst II to support our firm's Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Enablement strategies.
About the Role
The Expenditure Management team sits at the heart of our organization’s financial operations, ensuring every dollar spent is accurate, accountable, and aligned with our strategic goals. We oversee the full lifecycle of company expenditures - from vendor onboarding and invoice processing to compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Our work directly supports operational efficiency, strengthens financial integrity, and empowers teams across the business to make informed, responsible spending decisions.
Responsibilities
- Supplier Onboarding & Enablement Support and enhance supplier onboarding processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a positive supplier experience
- Aid in developing and implementing supplier enablement strategies, tools, and best practices
- Analyze supplier and expenditure data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as onboarding cycle time, supplier adoption, and compliance metrics
- Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years prior experience in financial analysis, supplier management, or related area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions for a broad spectrum of business improvement opportunities in a clear and concise manner
- Prior experience with enterprise financial management tools a plus: Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Coupa
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plus
