Overview

The Expenditure Management team at Edward Jones seeks a Financial Analyst II to support supplier onboarding and enablement strategies. This role leverages data-driven insights to improve supplier processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance supplier onboarding processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a positive supplier experience
  • Aid in developing and implementing supplier enablement strategies, tools, and best practices
  • Analyze supplier and expenditure data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as onboarding cycle time, supplier adoption, and compliance metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation efforts

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years prior experience in financial analysis, supplier management, or related area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions for a broad spectrum of business improvement opportunities in a clear and concise manner
  • Prior experience with enterprise financial management tools a plus: Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Coupa
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plus

Requirements

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
