About the Role
Under general supervision, conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align business solutions with company strategy and initiatives. Undertakes projects requiring specialized business knowledge and decision-making that influences cross-company adoption of re-engineered processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with testing, process documentation, training, and post-implementation support.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and root causes of issues.
- Work with management and team leaders to contribute strategic vision and integrate ideas for business solutions development.
- Assist with project plans and coordinate resources to accomplish project tasks.
- Conduct business processes and systems analysis, considering implications for current and future business environments.
- Assist with deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of enterprise solutions projects.
- Review progress and evaluate results for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners to resolve problems, respond to improvement suggestions, test and refine solutions, and institutionalize them.
- Drive projects and the organization toward achieving business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience (in addition to education requirement).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical and process improvement skills.
- Ability to analyze workflows and document business and technical requirements to support process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- PMI Certification.
