Analyst I/II

About the Role
CCHCS seeks to hire Analyst II and Analyst I positions located at Headquarters in Elk Grove, Sacramento County. The positions are part of the Acquisition Management Section, Business Services, which oversees and delivers goods and services required for daily functions, including statewide acquisitions of IT and non-IT health care goods and support services, strategic acquisitions, enterprise-wide asset management, and contract management services.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Supervisor I, perform the more difficult and complex analytical work in the acquisitions program.
- Support and promote a positive work environment and productive relationships with all staff and stakeholders of CCHCS in an ethical and professional manner.
- Travel to assigned institutions as required.
Requirements
- Full-time employees in Bargaining Unit 1 and related Excluded, Exempt, and Statutory Exempt employees will have their base salary reduced by three percent and will receive five PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027.
- Incumbents must be able to travel to assigned institutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Two years of progressively responsible experience in acquisition analysis.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of procurement processes, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
