What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain pipeline, pacing, and revenue reports for Programmatic sales performance
- Analyze data across DSPs, inventory, and campaign performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support forecasting and scenario analysis, including supply and yield considerations
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Ops, and Finance to ensure alignment between forecast, delivery, and revenue
- Execute core business operations workflows to support accurate reporting and performance tracking
- Aid in preparing sales targets, pacing reports, and pipeline analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process efficiency
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Programmatic, or Ad Tech
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of inventory, supply dynamics, and yield optimization
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with automation and/or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) preferred
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
