Analyst, Performance Marketing - Programmatic

Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across Display, Native, Online Video, YouTube, CTV, and emerging channels while meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Create tactical media plans using first- and third-party data to support campaign execution and business objectives
- Proactively monitor campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget while maintaining campaign efficiency
- Track, analyze, and communicate campaign performance, optimization decisions, and tactical recommendations to cross-functional business partners
- Own the end-to-end creative process from asset delivery through launch, partnering closely with brand and vendor teams to execute
- Monitor ad verification, viewability, and brand safety standards to maintain campaign quality and performance
- Troubleshoot campaign setup, tracking, pixel implementation, dynamic creative, and platform-related issues as needed
- Support ongoing test and learn initiatives, with a focus on improving campaign efficiency and incremental performance
- Own select tests independently while partnering closely with Senior Analysts and Marketing Analytics teams on larger-scale experiments
- Manage relationships with DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and related technology partners
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, DSP campaign management, or related digital media experience
- Familiarity with DSPs including site pixels, audience segmentation, optimization levers, reporting/insights, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize technical detail and communicate to all levels of the organization
- Intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and drive to innovate
- Comfort working in an adaptive, fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Pay
The expected starting pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
