Position Summary
SigmaCorps Solutions is seeking an Acquisition / Programmatic Analyst to provide high-level program management support to the Fixed Site team, with depth in the DoD acquisition framework and Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) subject matter expert support to the Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF)-401 in support of PdM Fixed Site efforts. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) to provide analysis of fielded equipment.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of the processes associated with Capabilities Development; Urgent and Deliberate Needs; and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA).
- Provide C-sUAS SME support to JIATF-401 in support of PdM Fixed Site efforts.
- Plan and monitor execution of all program tasks and maintain regular communication on program issues and status.
- Support program-level activities including systems engineering, risk, safety, production management, scheduling, testing, and cyber security assessment and management.
- Aid in technical reviews, milestone reviews, program reviews, and Government-led program development, strategy, and execution management.
Required Qualifications
- Eight (8) or more years of DoD acquisition or programmatic support experience.
- Working knowledge of the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Capabilities Development; Urgent and Deliberate Needs; and PPBEA processes.
- Experience providing C-sUAS or related SME support in a joint or interagency environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Prior PM GBAD, MARCORSYSCOM, or PEO Land Systems experience.
- Familiarity with JIATF-401 and C-sUAS mission sets.
- Knowledge of USMC capability development and Urgent/Deliberate Needs processes.
- Military/DoD background preferred; veteran strongly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Additional technical training or certifications in a related field are a plus.
Working Conditions
- Standard office environment at the contractor facility within 15 miles of MARCORSYSCOM Headquarters, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA; unclassified telework authorized via approved VPN at Government discretion.
- CONUS and OCONUS travel as required, approved in advance by the Government; personnel must be able to travel to any CONUS/OCONUS DoD or contractor facility within 24 hours of notification (representative locations: Quantico, San Diego, Los Angeles, Midland, Okinawa).
- Work is conducted within an ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System.
- Performance requires support of a facility operating with an active Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret safeguarding.
Pay Range
