About the role

You will be an essential member of the Chief Accounting Officer & External Reporting team, helping deliver accurate external reporting, sound technical accounting, and strong financial controls. In partnership with External Reporting, FDS, Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, Treasury, HBP, Corporate FP&A, and external auditors, you will support compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements while contributing to process improvements and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support SEC reporting activities, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as well as financial statements, disclosures, MD&A, and XBRL tagging.
  • Analyze financial results and explain significant balance sheet and income statement variances.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing Investor Relations and quarterly earnings release materials.
  • Support monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting documentation.
  • Maintain accounting and disclosure requirements for leases (ASC 842), derivatives, foreign exchange contracts, and other corporate accounting areas.
  • Maintain accounting policies, SOX documentation, and materials supporting internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Monitor FASB and SEC developments and assess impacts on accounting, reporting, and disclosures.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, including public accounting experience auditing SEC registrants or work experience with an SEC registrant.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements is required.
  • Exposure to ERP accounting systems such as SAP/Group Reporting is required.
  • Experience with Workiva is a plus.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
