Financial Analyst - External Reporting

For our client, we are seeking a Financial Analyst - External Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will focus on preparing and reviewing external financial disclosures with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely SEC reporting. The position partners closely with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, and external auditors to ensure filings are complete, well-documented, and aligned with US GAAP requirements. It also supports process improvements, internal controls, and complex accounting work that strengthens the integrity of the organization's reporting environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,600 – $147,950 annually Responsibilities Assist in preparing and reviewing quarterly Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K filings Maintain and review documentation for external financial reports Coordinate reviews of filings with external auditors Manage reporting systems and tools for accurate financial reporting Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, and Legal teams on financial communications Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and internal controls Support complex accounting activities and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting CPA preferred Experience in SEC external reporting or US GAAP financial statement disclosure Strong written communication and organizational skills Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts Disability and Life Insurance Paid absences and retirement benefits Programs to support physical and financial well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
