Analyst, Enterprise Business Systems - Remote

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data views to support operational visibility, portfolio tracking, and leadership decision-making.
• Maintain and update SOPs, training materials, knowledge bases, system documentation, and reusable support resources.
• Support user training, onboarding, office hours, troubleshooting, and adoption activities for business systems and platform enhancements.
• Partner with Process & Operations to support reporting, analysis, and system enablement needs tied to process execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems and workflows by supporting analysis, documentation, communication, and rollout activities.

Requirements

• Up to 5% travel
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Workfront
• Experience with system documentation, user support, testing, training, reporting, and implementation activities
• Ability to maintain system documentation, collect and organize business and system information, prepare training and support materials, assist with testing and rollout activities, support business users, and ensure business systems information remains accurate and up to date
• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $73,600 – $110,400 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
