Analyst, Business Systems I

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers throughout implementation and support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance activities.
• Review system designs and assist with end-user training when needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of IT business analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
