Analyst, Business Intelligence (SAP EWM)

This is a hybrid position based out of our Oxford, NC office 3 days per week.
About the role
The Business Intelligence Analyst (SAP EWM) is the primary liaison between their respective functional areas and the Information Technology department. This role translates business processes and requirements into system functionality, supporting global functional areas by analyzing needs, documenting requirements, and proposing, designing, and implementing complex solutions within the SAP stack. The position requires strong analytical and consulting skills to partner with functional areas, understand requirements, and translate them into efficient, cost-effective solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor, proactively proposing system changes and innovations to improve efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, or drive cost savings.
While this position has no direct reports, it may involve mentoring junior staff members and leading projects ranging from enhancing existing functionality to full implementations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the expert second-line support for Revlon’s business processes in EWM, providing technical guidance on WM processes.
- Conduct detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Lead, evaluate, develop, test, and implement releases of developments according to Revlon’s validation procedures.
- Seek funding for change requests requiring incremental spend via Revlon’s project approval process, develop project plans, and identify risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements and design SAP EWM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet business requirements and ensure goals are accomplished.
- Lead EWM implementation and rollout projects.
- Analyze and solve system or application problems as they arise.
- Share ideas, information, and knowledge to foster collaboration and team success.
- Provide ongoing support for all implemented EWM functionality, debug issues, and optimize performance.
- Define, analyze, develop, implement, and document new systems and customized programs to meet business needs.
- Mentor entry-level IT resources and provide subject matter expertise to business partners.
- Handle relevant master data objects and cutover approaches.
- Work with service partners to design, develop, test, and implement SAP projects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Create Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP).
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields (experience and/or other training may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Techno-functional expert in SAP EWM with at least 8+ years of configuration experience.
- 4+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP ECC in the EWM area (requirements, testing, cutover).
- Expertise in SAP EWM integration with PP/SD/QM/FI as well as API/BAPIS for integration with external systems.
- Excellent understanding and expertise in SAP system configuration.
- Experience with non-SAP Warehouse Management Systems and PLC/Robot integrations.
- Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies.
- Strong SAP EWM programming knowledge in:
- Delivery management (inbound and outbound)
- Parallel processing
- Radio frequency (RF)
- PPF
- ABAP 7.4
- Interface (IDoc and XML)
- Performance improvement
- Strong debugging experience.
- Strong knowledge of EWM business processes, including:

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP EWM certification.
- SAP ABAP certification.
- SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
- SAP EWM decentralized implementation experience.
- Interface experience (monitoring and troubleshooting) with external systems (XML, SFTP, etc.).
- Experience with SOX audits and/or government-regulated audits.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $96,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
