About the role

We are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network seeking an Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our Commercial Planning team. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial leaders to ensure data and analysis inform both near-term and long-term business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the company’s project time-tracking platform, ensuring accurate data capture, consistent usage, and ongoing process improvement.
  • Analyze time-tracking data against project plans, staffing models, and delivery expectations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and resourcing gaps.
  • Partner with the Finance team by providing operational data, insights, and assumptions that support forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
  • Serve as the pricing point of contact for new business and renewal pitches, collaborating with Finance and Commercial teams on staffing assumptions and delivery models.
  • Support the development and evaluation of future staffing and resourcing models, bringing a data-driven perspective to capacity planning and team design.
  • Deliver project-level insights and recommendations, highlighting performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze task-level workflows and efficiency across teams, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, optimize processes, and reduce friction.
  • Own client data files and CRM management, developing scalable processes to track client behavior, engagement trends, and commercial activity.
  • Build dashboards, reporting tools, and summaries that make complex data accessible and actionable for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Produce ad hoc analyses and business-focused presentations to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, operations, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with time-tracking systems, CRM platforms, or project management tools.
  • Interest in understanding how operational data supports financial planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to improve processes and build scalable systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.
  • Clear communicator, able to work effectively with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams.
  • Experience preparing clear, business-ready presentations and summaries for stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, BI tools, or automation workflows.

Qualifications

  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
