Business Intelligence Analyst

The position is remote and based in the United States. It involves transforming business data into actionable insights through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation, analytics, and AI opportunities.
2. Create and manage Power BI dashboards, SQL-based datasets, and reporting solutions.
3. Design and maintain scalable technology solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
4. Translate business requirements into practical solutions that improve operational performance and user experience.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, information systems, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Proven experience delivering automation, reporting, or analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data security principles, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams integrations, or Microsoft AI tools is preferred.
• Understanding of operational performance metrics and service delivery environments is a plus.
