About the role
This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of advertising campaigns for T-Ads and its clients. The Analyst, Business Intelligence is a skilled data analyst who excels in uncovering insights from various datasets, translating information into actionable recommendations, and optimizing advertising performance through data-driven strategies. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they will work collaboratively with Customer Success and Ad Operations to provide insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and more.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support client presentations and business reviews.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in clear and actionable ways to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Respond and produce additional ad hoc reporting analysis requests and assignments as the need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field (Required).
- 2+ years of experience related to business intelligence (preferred).
- Analyst experience in a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech.
- Experience in conducting and communicating data-driven analyses; proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills (Required).
- Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking skills (Required).
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with and presenting to management and peers in various departments (Required).
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Required).
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Required).
Pay
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity for this role is $73,590 - $132,660, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. The base pay range is $66,900 - $120,600. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, overall company results, work location, qualifications, and experience.
