The Opportunity

This role is not conventional. You will engage directly with live transactions while contributing to the development of the firm's capabilities, processes, and intellectual capital. What You’ll Work On

• Transaction Execution:
• Financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling
• Preparation of client materials and transaction documentation
• Industry and company research
• Supporting due diligence and execution processes
• Platform and Capability Building:
• Developing more effective analysis and execution workflows
• Creating internal tools, templates, and repeatable frameworks
• Supporting sector insights and thematic work
• Contributing to how the firm engages with clients and markets

What We Are Looking For

We seek individuals who combine technical capability with breadth of thinking. Core capabilities include strong grounding in finance, accounting, and valuation, financial modelling proficiency, high attention to detail, and the ability to think clearly and independently through complex situations.

We particularly value candidates who operate at the intersection of disciplines, such as combinations of finance, technology and data, legal and regulatory understanding, and broader social sciences. Additional strengths include comfort working with technology and evolving tools, an interest in improving systems and approaches, and curiosity that extends beyond immediate deliverables.

Profile

We are looking for final year undergraduate, postgraduate students, or recent graduates with a strong academic track record. We value diversity of perspectives and encourage different ways of thinking.
