Functional Analyst
Description
We are seeking a highly capable AWS Cloud Architect and Technical Program Manager to support two critical Navy programs in a matrixed role. Providing cloud architecture support to the PMW 120 Distributed Operations program, serving as the day-to-day lead systems engineer / technical program manager for Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) tasking, combining strong technical depth in cloud solutions with proven experience managing complex defense program activities, leading impactful modernization efforts that directly support Fleet operations and mission readiness.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
- Seven or more years of professional experience in cloud architecture, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines
- Three of more years of experience supporting DoD or Navy programs
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining solutions in Amazon Web Services
- Strong understanding of networking, system security, and distributed architectures
- Demonstrated experience managing technical tasks, priorities, schedules, and customer communication
- Able to work effectively in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and tasking streams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting PMW 120, Distributed Operations, or related Navy ISR programs
- Familiarity with SSEE Increment F systems, Fleet installation processes, and Navy C4ISR environments
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
- Ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions and architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex, multi-system environments
Clearance Information
This position will require U.S. citizenship and a U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret / SCI level with CI Poly eligibility.

Travel Requirements
Occasional travel to NIWC Atlantic, C10F, Fleet sites, and PMW 120 program meetings.
Pay
Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $146,800.00/Yr. - USD $244,650.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
