Analyst

Position Responsibilities

• Create and edit Argus files, and company DCF model
• Serve as point person to coordinate with other analysts in both national and regional acquisition pursuits
• Cook up and present property/portfolio and market specific reports to management
• Gather and assess critical information related to the sourcing and evaluation of potential acquisitions
• Create sale and lease comparable tables
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed

Skills & Experience

• Undergraduate degree from a top tier accredited institution
• 1-3 years of work experience in real estate finance
• Strong desire to work in real estate finance
• Highly motivated with strong work ethic
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a demanding work environment
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Proficiency in Argus, Costar and Real Capital Analytics
• Real estate specific coursework or work experience is preferred

The Analyst will be integral in supporting the firm’s revenue growth goals, responsible for a) underwriting real estate investments across the U.S., and b) assisting in capital formation activities.
