About the role

SitusAMC is looking for an Analyst, Asset Management to support various portfolio management activities. Key responsibilities include assisting with timely completion of tasks, analyzing financial statements, preparing loan analyses, performing due diligence, and maintaining asset management reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with timely completion of portfolio management tasks and escalate issues to senior management as needed
  • Analyze borrower financial statements, rent rolls, guarantor strength, schedules of real estate owned, debt service coverage ratio, debt yield, and collateral valuations
  • Prepare high-quality loan analyses for presentation to 1st and 2nd lines of defense
  • Perform detailed due diligence including market research, industry analysis, and sponsor reviews
  • Maintain and enhance asset management reporting used in day-to-day business unit management
  • Provide working direction to the external third-party servicer and review related work products
  • Participate in special projects and prepare internal presentations for senior management on portfolio management strategy and analysis
  • Communicate effectively with Underwriters, Internal Counsel, and Loan Closers
  • Assist in the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans to maximize value and minimize risk
  • Aid in building and enhancing asset management reporting, portfolio analysis activities, and analyzing property financials
  • Coordinate setup of loans internally and work closely with third party servicing team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate loan files, relationship data, and loan tracking systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services organization
  • Experience working with a Bank's High Net Worth client base / Financial Advisor network is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Highest level of organization and attention to detail
  • Dedication to superior client service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to navigate multiple divisions within a large bank structure
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and deliver high quality results within fast-paced deliverable deadlines

Pay

The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $115,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility, and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
