Responsibilities
- Aid in the strategic oversight of business plan execution, financial performance, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Assist in drafting and refining critical sections of quarterly and annual investor reporting.
- Create and maintain robust internal reporting processes, establish clear performance metrics, and leverage analytics for strategic decisions.
- Develop and execute ancillary income opportunities and identify creative ways to enhance portfolio profitability.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects addressing emerging opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement and demonstrated interest in commercial real estate.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building financial models, analyzing large datasets, and creating dynamic reporting tools.
- Strong business writing and communication skills; able to produce clear, concise, and persuasive reporting and presentation materials.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using AI productivity tools in an enterprise setting (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude Enterprise) to draft, summarize, and refine analyses and business writing while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prior experience in public accounting (audit/tax), management consulting, and/or asset management with exposure to financial statement analysis, operational improvement, and client-facing deliverables.
