Responsibilities

• Focuses on resolution of complex transactions, interpreting policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, and procedures.
• Analytically and procedurally competent, emerging as an expert in a specific skill set while maintaining focus on daily execution.
• Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
• Serves as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
• Delivers a work product that requires less revision.
• Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy in area of expertise and broader knowledge of other areas.

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.
• Related industry qualification or studying towards is preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical proficiency in area of expertise.
