Amusement (Arcade) Supervisor

About the role

We’re looking for a Supervisor to help lead the team at our new family entertainment facility opening soon at Colorado Mills, Lakewood!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
• Explains game operation or rules to customers, and responds to customer complaints of machine glitches through troubleshooting.
• Aids the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in planning and preparing work schedules, and assigning employees to specific duties.
• Ensures all store amusement employees are properly trained.
• Achieves departmental sales goals by being on the floor to provide personal sales support.
• Conducts till checks, refunds, credits, and ticket adjustments in accordance with company policy.
• Supervises department employees to ensure they are in compliance with established operational practices and policies.
• Conducts opening and closing department procedures.
• Controls payout ratios of crane operations by remaining highly attentive to pay out numbers and customer volume.
• Aids the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in monitoring store inventory levels on a daily basis.
• Cross-trained in other departments for assistance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to handle and serve alcohol.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment / retail / hospitality industries.
• Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
