Capture reproducible error traces.
Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Deaf Studies, Sign Language Interpreting, Linguistics, or a related field is ideal.
RID certification, teaching experience, or community interpreting projects signal fit.
Clear, metacognitive communication is essential.
Qualifications
Expertise in American Sign Language fluency, Deaf culture, visual linguistics, ASL grammar and syntax, non-manual markers, fingerspelling, and regional variations.
