Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, management, and oversight of nursing practice and clinical care delivery.
- Cook up and supervise the assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across pediatric specialties to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure adequate staffing and material resources are available to support patient needs.
- Mentor and support clinical staff, fostering a positive, compliant, and ethical work environment.
- Adhere to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
- Aid in clinical problem-solving and operational challenges to promote high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN).
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Two years experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Pediatric Oncology or Infusion Room experience preferred.
- Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
- Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
- Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Pay
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
