Ambulatory Nurse (RN) - Cardiology Center

About the role

Join a specialized cardiology team supporting patient care for arrhythmia and cardiac device management.

Responsibilities

• Patient triage, inquiries, care coordination, and education
• Clinical support such as anticoagulation clearances and FMLA/disability paperwork
• Perform in-office and remote device interrogations, troubleshoot, reprogram pacemakers and defibrillators, and interpret arrhythmias
• Daily review of remote transmissions and trans-telephonic checks
• Document patient interactions accurately
• Triage and prioritize patient care plans, communicate with providers and patients, and educate on device and health management
• Evaluate and manage implantable cardiac devices, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols
• Monitor device recalls and coordinate appropriate follow-up

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in Cardiology or Electrophysiology
• Technical proficiency in cardiac device management, troubleshooting, and programming
• Strong documentation, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards

Schedule

Monday‑Friday schedule with no weekends.
