Key Responsibilities
- Cook up with primary care and specialist providers to augment patient wellness.
- Evaluate patient needs and provide suitable education and support.
- Follow safety and clinical standards, guaranteeing precise documentation.
- Aid in everyday patient management and oversee clinical staff as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
- 2-5 years of experience
- RN licensure and BLS certification
- Critical thinking and strong communication skills
- Ability to work alertly in a safety-sensitive environment
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 5-10 years of experience
