About the Role
We are seeking an Ambulatory Nurse to provide direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare providers, and develop individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, cost-effective treatment. The nurse will evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, support clinical staff, and assist providers with patient management in a safety-sensitive environment with a focus on maintaining safety and alertness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Document assessments and treatments accurately
- Offer patient education to promote wellness
- Evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Support clinical staff and assist providers with patient management
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 2–5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active RN license and BLS certification
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 5–10 years of experience
