Ambulatory Clinical Operations Dir/UKHC

Job Summary

UK Healthcare is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Operations Director to provide leadership to multiple clinical practices in partnership with Medical Directors, Clinical Leads and/or other physician and senior leaders. The Director will be accountable for the quality, safety, service, financial, human resources and infrastructure operations as well as the signature metrics for one or more community clinics at UK HealthCare.

Required Experience

• 7 years of related experience

Preferred Education/Experience

• Healthcare and/or administration experience; e.g., management, operations, human resources, finance, facilities planning, systems, and/or consulting

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Director will have supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• Standing or walking with objects up to 10 lbs.
• Sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods.
• Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary Range

$111,634-222,352/year
