Ambulatory Assistant Professor

Job Duties

• Provide medical care for Internal Medicine patients.
• Provide consultative services for patients cared for by other faculty members at KUMC.
• Serve in a clinician educator role with responsibility for teaching Internal Medicine residents and medical students in clinical settings.
• Participate in regular educational and administrative conferences as directed by immediate supervisor, including participation on subcommittees relevant to area of practice or education.
• Contribute to various educational and clinical initiatives related to specific areas of interest and expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Certification/License: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess a special interest or expertise in education at the medical student or resident level as demonstrated by application materials.
