Ambulance Team Lead-Belmond

About the role

Ambulance Team Lead Full-Time Belmond position providing campus oversight and leadership, fostering a positive work environment, coaching department members in support of their professional growth, allocating and managing resources. Provides advanced emergency care in the out-of-hospital setting, including evaluation, treatment and transport of injured and/or ill patients of all ages per medical director protocols. In the hospital setting, assists with patient care in the Emergency Department and other hospital departments within established guidelines/policies, functioning under supervision of a medical provider or RN in areas not specifically denied by State of Iowa Code applicable to Emergency Medical Providers. Works in collaboration with the Clarion Ambulance Team Lead and the EMS Director.

• Collaborate with the Clarion Ambulance Team Lead and the EMS Director

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of field experience as EMS personnel
• Previous EMS leadership experience preferred
