What You'll Do
- Lead technical delivery: Set direction, guide execution, and ensure the team delivers high-quality call flow solutions and platform capabilities.
- Own call routing & APIs: Build AWS serverless apps: Develop Node.js/TypeScript services using tools like but not limited to AWS Lambda, CDK, S3, and DynamoDB to power scalable solutions.
- Build modern front-end experiences: Develop Vue.js/Nuxt.js components and user interfaces that integrate cleanly with serverless APIs.
- Own call routing & APIs: Design and enhance Amazon Connect flows and develop secure, integrated REST APIs for omnichannel experiences.
- Embed quality & reliability: Implement automated unit/integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices for security, observability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor & collaborate: Coach engineers, review designs/code, and partner across teams to turn requirements into impactful outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- 5 or more years of experience with hands-on expertise building AWS serverless applications with Node.js/TypeScript.
- Proficiency with AWS CDK, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and event-driven patterns.
- Practical expertise with Amazon Connect and NICE (CXone/inContact) call routing and delivery capabilities across both platforms.
- Strong experience building modern front-end applications with Vue.js/Nuxt.js.
- Strong API development/integration experience (design, security, performance).
- A track record of automated testing (unit, integration) and CI/CD integration.
- Leadership skills to provide technical direction and ensure teams successfully deliver solutions.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
