About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Amazon Connect infrastructure. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable Amazon Connect solutions
• Collaborate with development, operations, and other engineering teams to integrate Amazon Connect services
• Monitor and troubleshoot Amazon Connect systems to ensure high availability and performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure design and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS SDKs and APIs
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP protocols
• Experience with monitoring tools and performance metrics
