AM Server

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets up and cleans station before, during and after shift
• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Makes sure food is properly prepared and presented
• Checks station for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Abides by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations
• Knows all menu items and their preparation and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accepts payment
• Aids in bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills to make change and give refunds
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation Range: $15.50 per hour

The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.

Paid Time Off (PTO) is available for eligible associates in accordance with the Company's Paid Time Off policy.
