Compensation for our Banquet Captain position is base rate of pay per hour plus gratuity.

Service Experience
Service experience preferred but not required. What is required is a strong leadership presence and the ability to delegate responsibilities and oversee their completion.

Activities
- Organizing and supervising the service team for business meetings and social events
- Acting as a primary contact for our guests during each event
Schedule
- AM Banquet Captains: Typically work during the opening shift Monday-Friday with flexibility in scheduling including some weekends and holidays
- PM Banquet Captains: Working the PM closing shift position
