AM Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor – Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team during the morning shift.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, with required availability on Sundays.
• Assign daily work and ensure rooms are cleaned on time.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness standards.
• Train new employees and provide guidance to the housekeeping staff.
• Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and request replacements when needed.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve housekeeping concerns professionally.
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with cleaning duties when needed and perform other tasks assigned by management.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and properly store flammable materials.

Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications

• Dependable team worker
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Previous Housekeeping and Supervisory experience preferred
