What You’ll Do (Primary Duties)

• You’ll be the director of room perfection, motivating our housekeeping artists to deliver a visually stunning guest experience.
• Inspire & Lead: Supervise, train, and mentor Room Attendants and Housepersons to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• The Perfection Check: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas daily with a sharp eye for detail.
• Dynamic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance to coordinate room readiness, report damages, and handle VIP arrivals.
• Manage the Flow: Assist with daily room assignments, inventory control, and tracking housekeeping supplies.

Who You Are (Job Requirements)

• Experienced: 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• A True Leader: Self-motivated, highly organized under pressure, and passionate about coaching a team to win.
• Communicative: Fluent in English to connect seamlessly with the team and follow directions safely (bilingual skills are a huge plus!)
• Flexible: Ready to work a dynamic schedule based on hotel demand, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical: Professional in appearance, able to stand/walk for an entire shift, navigate stairs, and comfortably lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
