ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the housekeeping management team with daily operations and team coordination.
- Clean and maintain public areas and guest rooms as needed.
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they are ready for use and meet quality standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and on-the-job guidance to housekeeping team members.
- Aid with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous housekeeping and/or supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Bilingual preferred, however not required.
