Alumni Program Coordinator

Job Summary

UK Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is seeking an Alumni Program Coordinator to assist with alumni engagement efforts through management and optimization of the Wildcat Network platform. This role involves supporting training, outreach, and collaboration with academic colleges and campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of platform functionality and user experience
• Digital mentorship initiatives
• Maintaining the Big Blue Business Directory
• Supporting strategic alumni engagement initiatives, including project management, volunteer programs, targeted outreach, and special project opportunities
• Affirmation of shared core values: CoMMIT
• Engagement tracking across platforms, events, and volunteer activities
• Monitoring key performance indicators and supporting reporting aligned with CASE Alumni Engagement Metrics

Requirements

• 2 years of related experience
• Sitting for long periods of time, occasional lifting, pushing and pulling of objects up to 20 lbs.
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with some occasional nights and weekends

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• No supervisory responsibilities
