About the role
The Alumnae and Donor Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with alumnae and donors to support the institution’s fundraising goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain alumnae and donors.
- Coordinate events and communications to foster a sense of community among alumnae and donors.
- Research and analyze donor data to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall institutional priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising or alumni relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with alumni and donors.
- Experience with donor management software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
