About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of mid-level donors, including driving to offsite meetings and events.
- Provide timely acknowledgments, appreciation calls, impact updates, and stewardship communications.
- Respond promptly and professionally to donor inquiries.
- Invite donors to events, tours, and engagement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate donor records and document meaningful donor interactions in the CRM.
- Analyze donor activity and prepare reports to support fundraising strategy.
- Collaborate with Development team members, officers, and staff to strengthen donor relationships and fundraising outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, customer service, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience working with donor databases or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with donor databases or CRM systems; Blackbaud preferred.
- Canva or desktop publishing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach over their head.
- Ability to operate telephone.
- Ability to operate a desktop or laptop computer.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to access and produce information from a computer.
- Ability to understand written information.
