The role of Donor Relations Manager involves managing donor relationships, coordinating fundraising activities, and ensuring donor satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
- Develop and implement strategies to increase donor engagement
- Communicate regularly with donors to maintain positive relationships
- Prepare and present reports on donor activity and impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit or charitable organizations
- Knowledge of donor management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
