About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the capital markets strategy for alternative credit focusing on specialty finance and equipment leasing
  • Source, execute, and manage investment-level financing for alternative credit funds
  • Determine leverage assumptions and modeling to inform underwriting of transactions during the investment process
  • Negotiate terms and legal documentation with lenders
  • Coordinate deal closings and amendments with internal teams and external parties
  • Monitor and oversee the administration of leverage facilities with asset management and deal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 9-13 years of experience in structured finance (e.g., at an investment bank, lender, or private credit firm)
  • Experience in asset-backed finance across consumer, commercial, and/or residential asset classes
  • Substantial experience structuring, negotiating, and executing warehouse facilities, as well as issuing public ABS
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing relationships with various stakeholders including banks and insurance companies

Pay

$200,000 – $225,000 annually
