Treasury
- Optimize liquidity, capital calls, cash and borrowing (and borrowing bases) with Finance & Accounting team
Analytics, Risk, Hedging & Valuation
- Analyze portfolio and individual investments for various risks
- Review hedging
- Guide team on financial modeling and analytics (for investment grade and non-IG investments)
- Aid with valuation and internal ratings processes
Reporting
- Work with the team to develop internal and external reporting
Quantitative Development
- Manage development priorities, including SQL databases, python apps and AI initiatives
Project Management
- Manage various team projects to further strengthen or enhance our investment and business operations processes
Experience Required
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Significant knowledge of structured credit and securitizations
General Requirements
- Ability to reduce complex problems and models into key drivers
- Ability to combine disparate datasets and assumptions
- Strong intellect with outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Significant experience with investment modeling and fixed income analytics (e.g. yield measurements, duration, convexity, OAS)
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
- Ability to manage borrowing base credit facilities with diverse collateral
- Ability to understand privately originated investments
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and with senior professionals
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills, and a professional, polished demeanor
- Evidence of intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, and adaptability
- Strong communication, analytical and project management skills are required
Compensation
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000.00 - $250,000.00
