You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Analyze data and build financial models to support capital markets decisions
• Manage ABS-style reporting and audit processes for financing relationships
• Maintain relationships with external capital teams to ensure compliance
• Negotiate and execute capital commitments in private credit arrangements
• Collaborate with various teams to assess capital market impacts
• Drive operational efficiencies across capital markets functions
• Create presentations to communicate complex concepts effectively

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets, corporate treasury, or investment banking
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and financial modeling
• Experience with reporting on warehouse facilities or securitization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
