Allstar Cheer Coach
About the role
World Elite Kids is seeking an energetic competitive team coach with competitive cheer experience. This position requires travel between both locations and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience for parents and athletes.
You’ll work in a collaborative, creative atmosphere with high-energy individuals passionate about the sport, coaching athletes of varying skill levels (1-6) to help them reach their full potential. Staying current with industry trends and techniques is essential, as you’ll develop tailored training plans in coordination with other coaches.
As part of our family-oriented environment, you’ll foster a sense of community, connect with kids on a personal level, and create a positive, supportive space that encourages growth on and off the mat.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for parents and athletes
- Coach athletes of varying skill levels (1-6) to help them reach their full potential
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in competitive cheer
- Develop and implement training plans tailored to individual athlete needs
- Collaborate with other coaches to create challenging and motivating programs
- Foster a positive, supportive, and family-like environment
- Connect with athletes on a personal level to encourage growth on and off the mat
Requirements
- Competitive cheer experience (required)
- Ability to travel between both locations
- Experience coaching athletes of varying skill levels
- Strong knowledge of competitive cheer techniques and industry trends
- Passion for working with kids and fostering a collaborative environment
